  1. 1. International Land Title

    International Land Title is a comprehensive ecosystem of services and products focused on the real estate sector in Mexico. Our goal is to facilitate every aspect of a real estate transaction by providing solutions for buyers, sellers, developers, managers, and other market participants.

  2. 2. Terms and Conditions

    These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the relationship between International Land Title and individuals using its services ("User"). By registering on the Site and using our services, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions. When significant changes to our services are necessary, we will publish modifications with a 10-day notice to allow Users to review and continue using the Site. Such modifications will not affect transactions that have already been completed. Users without outstanding obligations to International Land Title or other Users may cancel their account at any time.

  3. 3. Capacity

    Only individuals of legal age and with the legal capacity to contract may use our services. Those using our services on behalf of a company must have the authority to contract on its behalf.

  4. 4. Registration and Account

    Users must complete the registration form with accurate, precise, and up-to-date information to use our services. The account is personal, unique, and non-transferable. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal security key and for promptly notifying any unauthorized use of their account. International Land Title reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration request without compensation and will not allow the registration of previously disabled Users or those related to sanction lists.

  5. 5. Data Privacy

    At International Land Title, we respect personal data privacy and comply with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

    1. 5.1. Collection and Use of Personal Data

      We collect personal data for specific and legitimate purposes, such as providing and improving our services. Data collected includes but is not limited to, name, address, email, phone number, and financial information.

    2. 5.2. ARCO Rights

      Users have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the use of their personal data. To exercise these rights, Users must submit a request to info@ilt.com.mx, including their name and address, documents proving their identity, a clear description of the data in question, and any other relevant documents. We will process requests in accordance with the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP.

    3. 5.3. Transfer of Personal Data

      International Land Title will not transfer personal data to third parties without the User’s consent, except as provided by the LFPDPPP. If a transfer is necessary, we will inform the User and seek their consent.

    4. 5.4. Data Security

      We implement security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, or unauthorized use. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated.

  6. 6. Electronic Commercial Communications

    International Land Title complies with the Federal Consumer Protection Law concerning electronic commercial communications. By providing their data and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User consents to receive electronic commercial communications related to our services, promotions, and offers. Users may request to opt out of these communications at any time by sending an email to info@ilt.com.mx or using the "unsubscribe" mechanism included in the communications. We will process these requests within a maximum of 5 business days.

  7. 7. Access to Other Commercial Information

    International Land Title provides tools and services based on commercial information provided by Users and/or generated from using our services to optimize real estate transactions and offer additional promotions and services. Please refer to our Information Access Policy for more details.

  8. 8. Sanctions

    In the event of a breach of the law or these Terms and Conditions, International Land Title may warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently disable the User’s account, without prejudice to other sanctions outlined in specific service usage rules.

  9. 9. Liability

    International Land Title will be liable for defects in the provision of its service to the extent that they are attributable to it and in accordance with applicable laws.

  10. 10. Fees

    International Land Title may charge fees for its services. The User agrees to pay these fees on time. International Land Title may modify or remove fees with prior notice. Details of the fees for each service are available in the relevant terms and conditions.

  11. 11. Intellectual Property

    International Land Title and its affiliated entities own all intellectual property rights related to its sites and content. Unauthorized use of International Land Title Intellectual Property is prohibited. Misuse or infringement of these rights may result in the removal of posts and sanctions against the User.

  12. 12. Dispute Resolution
    1. 12.1. Amicable Solution

      In the event of a dispute, the parties must attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 calendar days of written notice.

    2. 12.2. Mediation

      If an amicable solution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit to mediation according to the rules of a recognized mediation center in Mexico. Mediation costs will be shared unless otherwise agreed.

    3. 12.3. Arbitration

      If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 calendar days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM), with a single arbitrator appointed by the parties or the CAM. The arbitration will take place in Mexico City, and Mexican law will apply. The costs of arbitration will be borne by the losing party unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.

    4. 12.4 Judicial Jurisdiction

      If it is not possible to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City.

  13. 13. Indemnity

    The User will hold International Land Title and its affiliated entities harmless from any claims arising from their activities on the platform. International Land Title may make compensations and other necessary measures to remedy losses.

  15. 15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by local law, the Federal Consumer Protection Law, and the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Mexico City.
